C. Kelly Wilson has been practicing law since 1988 after graduating from University of Memphis and prior to that receiving his BS from Middle Tennessee State University.
Kelly has an excellent record for representing individuals with Personal Injury cases, Worker’s Compensation claims, Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Bankruptcy court cases.
Kelly belongs to the Tennessee Bar Association, American Bar Association, Bedford Bar Association, Tennessee Association for Justice and the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Austin K. Wilson
Austin Kelly Wilson also practices law with the firm founded by his grandfather founded in 1959. After earning a degree in History from Middle Tennessee State University, he attended the Nashville School of Law, where he graduated with honors.
Austin represents clients across a broad range of legal matters, including Criminal Defense, Wills and Estates, Personal Injury, Family Law, and Bankruptcy.
He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Bedford County Bar Association.
